Annual Report
of
Compensated Outside Professional Activities

All faculty who are members of the Academic Senate must complete an Annual Report of Category I and II compensated outside professional activities (AP-3). These reports should include compensated activities during academic as well as Summer months, and are to be forwarded to the Dean or Chair by November 1st of the following academic year.
